New Mexico State University has filed a Labor Condition Application (LCA) seeking employment for One H-1b nonimmigrant as Assistant Professor offering wages of $69,750.00  for service under employment category SOC 25-1042

The LCA is available for inspection at  NMSU HR Department, Hadley Hall, Las Cruces, NM  88003 Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the labor condition application and/or failure to comply with the terms of the labor condition application may be filled with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor.
