The Biology Department is pleased to salute the winners of the Biology Graduate Awards for Excellence for 2020
Masters student Michael Balogh received the Graduate Award for Teaching Excellence, while Masters student Joshua Marquez received the Graduate Award for Research Excellence. Powerhouse PhD student Aditi Kulkarni is our first graduate student to win both the Award for Teaching Excellence and the Award for Research Excellence in the same year. Joshua Marquez and Steven Lee both received Wendy and Travis Traylor Memorial Awards in acknowledgment of their outstanding teaching. We congratulate these students on their impressive achievements and thank all of our graduate students for their vital contributions to the Department.
